It’s that time of year again to pack up Beefy and journey to the western half of the country! This time we took I-40 from Raleigh to just New Mexico to drop off the camper before heading up to Colorado for Thanksgiving. This trip starts a new color (orange) on the map! Our trip stops:
Right after Lakefest, we had the pleasure of hosting my Israeli family (the Almogs) for visits to both Asheville and Lake Gaston.
